2156 East Oceanfront just closed in Newport Beach and Rochelle Maize represented both buyer and seller on the transaction which went into escrow two weeks after listing!
We also closed on a fantastic property in our favorite area of Westchester this week to some first time buyers!
Lastly, the record breaker in Beverly Hills. Rochelle Maize represented the seller to obtain the highest price per square foot in the Beverly Hills Flats for over $2,453/sqft.
